Why the AI does not answer your phone on a $75 plan
Because a live AI conversation costs money for every minute it runs, and that cost does not care what you paid us. Any plan cheap enough to be an easy yes would come with an allowance small enough to be useless, or a per minute bill that arrives as a surprise.
So the phone line sits on the custom plan, where the minutes are part of what you are buying and we size them to how much you actually get called. Everything that does not cost by the minute, which is most of the product, sits on the plans you can start today without talking to anyone.

What is the difference between the $40 plan and the $75 plan?
Capture, at $40 a month, is where everything lands: the calls, the forms, the chats, the lead ads. You still do the follow up. Operate, at $75, does the follow up for you. It answers and chases Google reviews, moves deals through your pipeline, sends booking reminders, and lets you run the whole CRM from ChatGPT or Claude.
Does the AI answer my phone on the $40 or $75 plan?
No, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation we are hiding. On Capture and Operate your number rings through to you. The call is recorded, and anything that was a real conversation is transcribed and written up as a lead. Callers hear a short recording notice before they are connected. A live AI conversation costs real money every minute it runs, so it belongs on the custom plan where the minutes are part of what you are buying. Pricing it into a $75 plan would mean either a tiny allowance nobody can use or a bill that surprises you.
What does the custom AI Intake plan cost?
It starts at $200 a month for a business and $500 a month for a law firm. The law firm plan costs more because it is more: practice specific intake, conflict safe questioning, and a Clio connection. Both include a block of talk minutes, then $0.35 a minute after that. There is a one time setup fee, and we will quote it on the call rather than after.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days free on whichever plan you pick, and you can cancel any time inside those fourteen days without being charged. Your card is taken at signup, because the trial includes your phone number and a number costs real money the moment it is issued. The AI still does not answer live calls on Capture or Operate, trial or not.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the billing and leaves your data readable so you can export it.
Do you charge per user?
No. Capture includes 2 seats and Operate includes 5, at one flat price. If you need more than that you are usually at the point where the custom plan makes more sense anyway.
What happens to my leads if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Billing stops, the automations stop running, and the account goes read only so you can still get at your contacts, calls and notes.
Start where it makes sense
